- Free Estates, a subsidiary of Vintage International Co. Ltd., is a fast-growing enterprise in the real estate development and property management sector. The company is seeking to recruit a highly competent, dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to lead its business growth and market expansion initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, development partners, and funding institutions.
- Coordinate proposal development and funding applications from donors, NGOs, and PPP initiatives.
- Represent the company at all levels including but not limited to trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums both locally and internationally.
- Provide periodic marketing reports and business intelligence to management.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Share new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote company services through digital and rich marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports and proposals for management review.
- Support business development and client retention efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, on a related basis.
- A Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or Management will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Construction and Real Estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand growth.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in lobbying and engagement with both local and international donors, NGOs, and financial institutions.
- Proven ability to develop partnerships under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks, with a strong understanding of government ownership and collaboration mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an added advantage.
