BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING

Nakawa Vocational Training College invites bid from eligible bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Workshop Training Equipment for Nakawa Vocational College (NVTC) as below;

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding. documents at the address given below at 5 (a) from 8:00 a.m 5:00 p.m Monday to Friday.

4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX. 202,500 (Uganda shillings two hundred two thousand five hundred only). The method of payment is bank on Stanbic Bank A/c.name Nakawa Vocational Training Institute A/c No. 9030005899108. The document will be picked by the potential bidder from the address given below

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 Noon, on 19th April 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security which must be valid until 06th October 2023. Late Bids shall be rejected.

6. Bids will be opened on 19th April 2023 at 12:30pm in presence of the bidders'  representatives who choose to attend in the college Board room on the 2nd Floor of AIM Building at the address below;
