JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:
To prepare nutritious and hygienic meals for students and staff, following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily meals and snacks in accordance with menus and nutritional standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Manage inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and allergen awareness.
• Coordinate with school administration on special dietary needs and events.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience in institutional or large-scale cooking, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of nutrition and meal planning for children.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: high school
