JOB DETAILS:
Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation - Uganda (Baylor-Uganda) is an indigenous not-for-profit child health and development organisation affiliated to the Baylor College of Medicine International Paediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI), a Network of paediatric HIV/AIDS care and treatment Children's Clinical Centres of Excellence and international program offices in 11 countries across Africa, Eastern Europe and North America.
Baylor Uganda is anticipating two grant in the West Nile and Hoima regions and is seeking for potential experienced professionals who can be engaged in the following positions if we are awarded the grant:
Role Position: PROJECT MANAGER 07 POSITION - West Nile (Arua} region and 01 position Mid-Western (Hoima) Region
The successful candidate shall be expected to develop and monitor the implementation of systems, policies and procedures for aligning the various project objectives to health services from the district level to health facility and community level in the various districts. .

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
• A Masters in Paediatrics or Public health or any other related
• Master's degree and must be registered with the relevant professional body.
• The candidate should have at least eight (08) years of experience in managing Health programs/projects with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with local governance and donor representatives.
• Experience in HIV/AIDS and ART IS an added advantage.
• Have ever written research abstracts and manuscripts and even presented in conferences or published.
• Skills in resource mobilization most especially writing proposals
