Job Description

Job Title (Designation): Human Resources Manager

Purpose of the Position

To ensure efficient HR operations, timely support to internal customers, compliance with organizational policies, employee welfare, and smooth administration of manpower management within the factory.

Key Skills / Competencies Required

  • Strong experience in manufacturing industry HR operations.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • System-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Experience in handling large manpower/workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely recruitment across all departments and categories.
  • Manage employee induction, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance for the factory.
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management Systems (PMS) in line with organizational goals.
  • Ensure timely salary processing and disbursement.
  • Oversee administration and support services for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Develop succession plans for key positions within the organization.
  • Ensure proper employee exit formalities and clearance procedures.
  • Drive employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve issues as per company policy.
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations and prevent IR-related issues.
  • Introduce and implement new HR practices and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain employee harmony and positive workplace culture.
  • Handle disciplinary matters and ensure proper corrective actions.
  • Liaise with local authorities and government officials when required.
  • Prepare and monitor HR budgets and ensure adherence.
  • Coordinate effectively with department managers for manpower and HR-related requirements.
  • Handle visa processing and ticket arrangements for new employees.
  • Manage vendor coordination related to HR and administration activities.
