The Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited intends to sell Motorcycles, Motor vehicles, Tricycles, faulty transformers, Seasoned and treated poles, used tyres and assorted items
The Motorcycles, Motor vehicles, Tricycles, faulty transformers, Seasoned and treated poles, used tyres and assorted items are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and the Uganda Electricity Dis- tribution Company Limited will have no further liability after sale.
The Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited now invites sealed bids for the purchase of Motorcycles, Motor vehicles, Tricycles, faulty transformers, Seasoned and treated poles, used tyres and assorted items. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and
Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders
Interested bidders may inspect the Motorcycles, Motor vehicles, Tricycles, faulty transformers, Seasoned and treated poles, used tyres and assorted items at Lugogo Pole Plant and Stores, 4th Street Industrial Area-Kampala on 13th-20th September 2023 from 9.30am to 12.00pm and 2.30pm to 4.00pm on working days.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm on working days.
The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ushs100,000.
The method of payment will be by depositing money on UEDCL bank account and presentation of a banking slip. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 29th September 2023 at 12.00pm (local time). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12.30pm on 29th September 2023.
Bid Documents may be inspected and issued from Plot 37, Nakasero Road, UEDCL Tower, 5th Floor
