JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary.
Aims for a happy client, support the Agri- team with the high quality installations that meet relevant standards.

Reports to: Agri- Technical Manager.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities.

1. Site Surveys.
   Visit agri-client sites to analyze and recommend how to improve system performance and agricultural product.
   
2. Quotation.
   Information attained from site surveys to compute the agri solutions needed for the client and come up with a customized solution.
   
3. Installations.
   Installations of irrigation systems and other agricultural equipment.
   
4. Agri- Assessments.
   Support the assessment team in verification of sales orders of all water pumps and agricultural appliances; i.e act as a quality check for all Agricultural appliances and systems sold.
   
5. Trouble shooting to mitigate service cases.
   Should be with good skills in mechanical trouble shooting in the shortest time possible before the set deadlines.
   
6. Technical Training.
   Provide Technical guidance and training to both clients and the branch technical officers in leading branch areas.
   
7. Technical Demonstrations
   Giving technical demonstrations to strategic partners, and contribute to the upgrade of agri- knowledge levels within SolarNow’s branch network country wide.
   

Skills and Competencies.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Mechanization, Irrigation Engineering, Agronomy or related field.
Experience: Three years experience in installation and servicing of irrigation and agricultural appliances.

• Ability to explain and handle complicated site surveys and good in interpreting architectural drawings.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
  
• Proactive with high energy and willing to work extensively in the field.
