Job details:
The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute ( ESAMI ) seeks the services of suitably qualified persons to fill the posts at its Headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania.

Post: Consultant, Human Resource

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or a relevant field with not less than ten (10) years‘ experience in Human Resource management. Possession of professional qualifications or Certification in Human Resource or equivalent qualification. Membership to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage

Ten (10) years’ experience in teaching management training in a University/management training institution, or with good practical managerial experience.

Competences and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to initiate, coordinate, and consult on a full spectrum of Human Resource programs;
• Proven track record in developing and implementing programmes in e-Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, HRMIS, work and understand HR Softwares;
• Ability to maintain professional standards and keep abreast of evolving trends in management education through continuing professional educational management programmes;
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time management and attention to detail skills;
