JOB DETAILS:
The Davis & Shirtliff Group is the leading supplier of water and energy solutions in the region with operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, South Sudan and with Headquarters in Nairobi. The firm is looking for qualified, experienced and talented Distribution Sales Respresentive.The work station is in Northern Uganda.

POSITION: DISTRIBUTION SALES
RESPRESENTATIVE (01)
STATION: NORTHERN UGANDA.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main roles and responsibilities for the positions are highlighted below as follows:

• Selling specialized equipment and services.
• Customer development and retention.
• Research & analyze market conditions & opportunities.
• Willingness to travel on sales calls to remote areas.
• Writing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Any other task deemed necessary to accomplish the above.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will most likely have:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable University.
• At least 3 years’ hardcore door to door selling experience
• Between the ages 28 to 35 years.
• Excellent written and spoken English, good interpersonal, presentation skills and commercial skills are also of great importance.
• Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Be self-motivated, disciplined and work under minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
