JOB DETAILS:
Biyinzika Poultry international Limited is one of the Leading suppliers of Poultry and Poultry feeds in the Country. The Company seeks to recruit a competent and motivated individual to fill the position below:

Position Title; Senior Human Resource Officer
Location: Mukono
Reports to; Human Resource Manager

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the efficient implementation of the-HR policy and Procedures Manual
• Support the recruitment and selection processes of the company in relation to the company‘s recruitment strategy
• Support the Performance Management Process of the company
• Support the disciplinary & grievance processes of the company
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting process
• Administration of Staff communication and Documentation requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor of Human Resource Management, SWASA or any other related Training Possession of post graduate Diploma is an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years‘ experience running a busy HR office
• Basic understanding of National Legal requirements relating to HR
• Ability to work with very minimum supervision with ability to resolve people related problems
