A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand Only) through URA by downloading a payment Registration Number on the URA Portal.
4. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:30am on May 30th, 2025.

Additional Job Description:

1. Medical Insurance Services (NEMA/SRVCS/24-25/00377)

• Provide comprehensive medical insurance coverage for NEMA staff and their dependants
• Coverage to include inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental, and optical services
• Must have nationwide hospital network coverage
• Ability to process cashless claims at accredited health facilities

2. Agricultural Inputs & Implements (NEMA/SPLS/24-25/00261)

• Supply of quality farm inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
• Provision of modern farming tools and equipment
• Must demonstrate capacity for nationwide distribution
• Products must meet Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) certification

General Requirements for Bidders:

• Valid trading license and tax clearance certificate
• Proof of similar contracts successfully executed
• Financial capability to deliver services
• Compliance with PPDA regulations
