Next Media is seeking a proactive Account Manager for Radio-United Media to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling advertising slots and sponsorship opportunities on our radio stations. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and pitch customized advertising solutions to meet their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic media environment.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the radio or media industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of the media landscape in Uganda is a plus.
