Background

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR and management firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts cum Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure accurate cash transaction tracking, handle Letters of Credit (LCs), and support smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Track and reconcile all cash transactions to maintain transparent financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with URA regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and stock records.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control budgets.
  • Oversee issuance and processing of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to international suppliers.
  • Liaise with banks for submission, negotiation, and management of Letters of Credit (LCs) for international transactions.
  • Maintain proper records of debtors and creditors on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to finance and procurement.
  • Handle communications and documentation with URA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support management with financial reporting, audits, and any LC or cash transaction documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit (LCs) and related banking procedures
  • Proficient in Tally and familiar with URA regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting and administrative roles, ideally within a medium-sized organization with a turnover of 7–8 billion
  • Skilled in bookkeeping, cash transaction management, stock control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
