Admin Manager
The Admin Manager oversees all administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations, resource management, and support services across the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals and operational efficiency.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of office premises, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external service providers (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the administration team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive work culture.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of office space, equipment, and supplies to meet departmental needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement business continuity and emergency response plans.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative performance, costs, and key metrics for senior management.
