Responsibilities or duties
- The Admin Supervisor supports the Admin Manager in overseeing daily administrative operations and supervising the admin team.
- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the administrative team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Staff Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to administrative staff.
- Visitor Management: Coordinate visitor reception, including check-in procedures, security protocols, and hospitality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and consumables, placing orders as needed.
- Mail & Courier Services: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Fleet Support: Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and driver supervision.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Reporting: Prepare shift reports and communicate any issues or irregularities to the Admin Manager.
