Key Responsibilities:

• Advisory services and capacity building to the NUWS on water supply, sanitation, hygiene promotion and sustainable transition of services in refugee and host communities.
• Provide advisory support and capacity development to the Upper Nile Water Management Zone on water resources management for system transition.
• Support the development of water source protection plans and the implementation of measures based on those plans.

Qualifications and Experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water resources Engineering or water related field.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience working closely with regional structures of the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) and with district local governments in Uganda.
• Proven experience in process facilitation and capacity development within the field of water resources management, supporting institutional strengthening at multiple levels
