CFAO Mobility Uganda is hiring an Asset Finance Consultant responsible for driving growth in new vehicle sales across B2C and B2B segments by structuring and delivering attractive vehicle asset financing and related insurance solutions that address customer affordability constraints and shift purchase decisions from used vehicles to brand‑new vehicles offered by the company, through strong partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and approved insurers.
Responsibilities or duties
1. Structuring of Asset Finance Solutions
Lead the structuring of asset finance solutions that improve affordability and enable B2C and B2B customers to acquire new vehicles in a market where used vehicles are perceived as more accessible.
2. Sales Process Integration
Embed financing and insurance early in the sales process, particularly within the B2C segment, to remove affordability and risk barriers that prevent customers from purchasing new vehicles.
3. In‑House Asset Finance Specialist
Act as the primary in‑house asset finance specialist, partnering closely with Sales Consultants to convert price‑sensitive prospects into financed new‑vehicle purchases through informed commercial advice and deal structuring.
4. Financial Partner Management
Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with commercial banks and asset finance providers to ensure competitive terms, efficient turnaround times, and effective deal execution.
5. B2B & Fleet Enablement
Structure bespoke asset financing arrangements for B2B, SME, NGO, and fleet customers, addressing organisation‑specific cash‑flow cycles, procurement frameworks, and asset‑usage patterns to enable larger and more complex new‑vehicle acquisitions.
6. Insurance Facilitation
Facilitate access to innovative motor insurance solutions as part of the overall vehicle ownership proposition, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, lender conditions, and internal standards.
7. Compliance, Risk & Market Awareness
Ensure all financing and insurance activities are executed in line with risk controls, compliance requirements, and ethical standards, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
