Background

Agri Industrial Security Guards Ltd is a private Security Organisation licensed by Uganda Police under Category “A” with Headquarters at Kakyeka - Mbarara City with Branches Country wide.

Duties And Responsibilities

Able to develop, implement and evaluate company training programs to ensure staff acquire necessary skills.

Indentify training needs and materials to fill skilling gaps

Designing , creating and updating training programs

Ensure all training adhere to the Company and Sector standards safety and regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma in related field with not less than 3 years in similar positions / field

Strong presentations and communications skills

Security drills or parade and PCA interpretations.

Previous training under T.O.T with Police / Army / Prisons a MUST

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
