The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (The Board) was established in 2016 under the Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap 334 with a mandate to supervise and regulate the establishment, management and operations of lotteries, gaming, betting and casinos in Uganda, and to protect citizens from the adverse effects of gaming and betting in Uganda.

Our Vision is: “A well-regulated, technology-driven and responsible gaming industry that optimizes revenue generation while contributing to sustainable socio-economic development.”
