Job Summary

Our client is seeking a professional Auditor to independently evaluate their financial systems, operational processes, and internal controls. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Job Description

They have to plan, schedule, and conduct regular audits of financial records and operational processes

Examine internal controls and identify gaps in compliance or efficiency

Verify that financial statements and reports conform to regulatory and accounting standards

Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations for management

Work closely with the Finance Manager to implement audit recommendations

Ensure all regulatory filings and tax obligations are met accurately and on time

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timeliness and accuracy of audit reports
• Compliance issues identified and resolved

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce

CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, and compliance

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

High integrity and discretion

Experience in real estate or service-sector audits is an added advantage

Age preference: 27-40 years old
