JOB DETAILS:
Aldea Restaurant & Lounge Position: Bartender
Reports to: Head Bartender
Job Overview:
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains the bar area, and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and equipment.
- Process payments and manage cash register.
- Engage with customers and recommend beverages.
- Follow all legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
