The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) set up in 1987. TASO’s mission is to contribute to quality health and social interventions, focusing on HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, and other public health threats. This is achieved through strengthening health and community systems, research, and capacity development in Uganda and internationally.

TASO is in the process of prequalifying providers for supplies, services, and works for a period of three (3) years 2026-2028.

1. TASO now invites suitably qualified firms and individuals within Uganda to submit pre-qualification bids. Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with open domestic procedures contained in TASO procurement policy, 2023 and is open to all eligible national applicants.

2. Interested Eligible Applicants may obtain further information and inspect the shortlisting document at the TASO website and vendor portal link as in 9(a).

6. Applicant must complete applications and submit relevant documentation through the application portal as in 9(a) by 27th February, 2026. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) for each category/Subject applied for. The payment method shall be the bank details included in the bid document. No liability will be accepted by the Procuring Entity for loss or late submission while participating in this process.

7. The application portal shall close automatically on 27th February 2026 before mid-night.
