BID NOTICE FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND FRAME WORK CONTRACTS FOR FY 2026-2027, 2027-2028 AND DISPOSAL OF ASSETS

Mukono District Local Government intends detailed applications from interested and competent firms/companies for pre-qualification and frame work contracts for provision of works, services and supplies for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 as described below.

CATEGORY A – PREQUALIFICATION FOR SERVICES

CATEGORY B – PREQUALIFICATION FOR WORKS

CATEGORY C – PREQUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLIES

Mukono District Local Government intends to invite and consider applications from competent firms/companies for the provision of works, services and supplies for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 as described below.

CATEGORY D – FRAME WORK CONTRACTS

Mukono District Local Government intends to invite and consider applications from competent firms/companies for the provision of works, services and supplies for FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 as described below.

CATEGORY F – OPEN TENDERS/REVENUE COLLECTION

1. Enforcement of revenue collection from property tax in Kasawa Town Council

2. Enforcement of revenue collection from property tax in Nakilima – Nagagama TC

3. Revenue collection from 0 landing sites of Bule, Mawoto, Kisumu, Buzumdele, Mito, Katungulu, Gobeo and Namalwanyita and also collection of revenue from bi-weekly mbulu markets of Mpata, Kabanga and Kiyanya in Mpata Site

CATEGORY G – DISPOSAL OF ASSETS

Mukono District Local Government intends to sell its old vehicles, tractor, motorcycles, household appliances and furniture. The assets will be sold on an “as is” basis, where the assets will be sold on an “as is” basis.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders. Interested bidders may inspect and obtain the bidding document at Mukono District Local Government (PDU Room 2) during working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm before 2nd July 2026.

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UG 50,000 for each item in categories A, C, F and G and UGX 100,000 for category B and D. The method of payment will be done using the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) and obtaining a General Receipt from the District Cash Office. Note: Each item should be applied for separately.

3. Bid closing is on 2nd July 2026 at 11:00am and bid opening at 11:30AM.
