  9. SRVCS/00007: Repair, maintenance of Motor vehicles, motorcycles, generators & other Equipment and Supply of related spare parts/ machines and accessories

  10. SRVCS/00008: Servicing & repair of Computers & Printers, Photocopiers (Assorted office equipment) and related IT & Internet services.

  11. SRVCS/00009: Provision of Catering services, Office tea, accompaniments & canteen services

  12. SRVCS/00010: Hire of Venue, Public address system, tents, chairs and tables and Service vehicles

  13. SRVCS/00011: General Carpentry repair, welding and Related Services

  14. SRVCS/00012: General Auctioning Services

Notes:

  • Each item shall be applied for separately.

  • Women, Youth & PWDs owned organisations are encouraged to apply since the entity has reserved opportunities under SIGs (Women, Youth & PWDs).

Conditions of Tender for revenue collection & prequalification and Annual Framework Contracts:

  1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Rules and methods for Procurement of Supplies, Works and Non-Consultancy Services) Regulations, 2023 and is open to all interested bidders from Uganda.
    Bidders must pay a non-refundable fee for the Revenue collection bidding document as hereunder:

    • (i) Markets NA

    • (ii) Kikungirii land renting NA

    • (iii) Other revenue collection centres NA

  2. Pre-qualification and Annual Framework Contracts Bidding Documents should be obtained upon payment of Non- refundable fee of UGX. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand shillings only)

  3. Payment of non-refundable fees shall be made through IRAS using Payment Reference Numbers (PRINs) generated from Kabale District Local Government Finance Department. A copy of Payment receipt must be presented to Procurement and Disposal Unit Office before securing the bidding document.

  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kabale District Local Government or from the District Website kabale.go.ug and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 from 8:00am- 5:00pm during official working days. Interested bidders must read carefully the bidding documents before filling them.

  5. Applications should be properly sealed in envelopes clearly marked “TENDER FOR (Name of Revenue source or Prequalification/ Framework Contract item)”.

  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 on or before 30th June, 2026 at 11:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on same day in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 on 30th June, 2026 at 12:00Noon.

  7. Documents shall be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at: Kabale District Local Government, Procurement and Disposal Unit Offices
