BID NOTICE UNDER DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSETS

Moroto Municipal Council intends to dispose of assets within its disposal plan. The Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders/individuals to bid for the items as indicated below:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 as amended and is open to all eligible potential providers/individuals.

2. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address at Procurement and Disposal Unit office from 8:30 Am to 4:30 Pm during working days.

3. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Procurement and Disposal Unit office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000= (Uganda Shillings Fifty thousand shillings only). The method of payment shall be through the Bank and in accordance with Government of Uganda's URA central collection system where a Payment Reference Number shall be issued to you before proceeding to pay in any Bank.

4. Bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit office at or before 11:30Am on Tuesday, 4th August 2026. Bids must be must be valid up to Wednesday 30th September 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at the Public Library at 12:00 Pm on Tuesday, 4th August 2026.
