1. Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act, and is open to all bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the document(s) at the address below at 6(a).

4. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 6(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as shown in the table above. The method of payment will be through Account No. 9030005915138 (Stanbic Bank) or through mobile money, MTN Merchant Code: 316414 and Airtel Merchant ID: 1165413 in the names of Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 10:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,500,000 (Four million five hundred thousand Uganda Shillings Only). The bid security must be valid until 09th September, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(a) at 10:15 am, on 13th May, 2026.
