Agricultural inputs

Electrical appliances
Computer accessories and repairs
Supply of Fuel and lubricants
Motor vehicle spare parts, and repairs
Insurance services
Catering services
Supply of firewood
Supply of medical and drugs equipment
Professional services (legal and tax consultants)
Supply of plumbing materials
Veterinary services and supply of vet drugs
Building materials
Sports equipments
Emptying of latrines
Compound maintenance
Carleton and saloon services
Construction and Repair of school buildings
Expression of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the PPOA school guidelines in Uganda. The three main areas of evaluation will be eligibility, technical and commercial.
Therefore, interested applicants must attach a copy of:
(a) Current trading license 2025
(b) A valid registration certificate
(c) Memorandum and articles of association
(d) Current income tax clearance by URA
(e) A valid PPOA registration certificate
(f) One original and two copies of your bid document
(g) Photo copy of director’s national ID
(h) Evidence of previous similar contracts and samples
(i) Evidence of financial capacity to accomplish the contract.
The bidding document in English language shall be bought at a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100.000m for each procurement Payable to the school Collection account No. 3100169433 centenary bank and a general receipt shall be issued by the school bursar.
There after expression of interest must be delivered to the reception of the school procurement and disposal unit before or at 2:30pm 17th November, 2025, late submissions shall be rejected before the bidders who may choose to attend bid opening at Secoie PDU premises.
