PROVISION OF ARMED SECURITY GUARD AND INTRUDER ALARM MONITORING SERVICES
FOR NWSC HEAD OFFICE (OFFICES, RESIDENCES AND INSTALLATIONS) & KAMPALA-WATER
(WESTERN ZONE) UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) MONTHS.

1. National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has allocated funds from its annual budget for the financial year 2025-2026 to be used for the provision of armed security guard and intruder alarm monitoring services for NWSC Head Office (Offices, Residences and Installations) & Kampala-Water (Western Zone).

2. NWSC therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of armed security guard and intruder alarm monitoring services for NWSC Head Office (Offices, Residences and Installations) & Kampala-Water (Western Zone) under framework contract for a period of thirty (30) months.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap. 205 and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days.

5. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 in cash to a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or the representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:30 am East African Time on October 20, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to:
   Lot 1: UGX 3,800,000 (Head Office (Offices, Residences and Installations))

7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on September 30, 2025 at the address below at 8(a) at 11:00 AM.
