Kaabong DLG is in the process of prequalifying competent National and Special Interest Group's providers to constitute the register of providers for provision of Works, Supplies, Services and Framework Contracts for Financial Year 2026-2027.
| Categories for National Providers | A national provider means a Ugandan citizen or a company / provider registered in Uganda, wholly owned and controlled by Ugandans. |

| Categories Reserved for Special Interest Groups (Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities- PWD's) | SIGs means enterprises registered with the relevant government bodies and is at least 51% women/youth/PWD's owned, controlled and operated on a regular basis by more than one person and are Ugandan citizens. |

The Entity now invites competent, suitable and interested bidders to bid for Prequalification and Framework Contracts under Open Domestic Bidding reserved both for national providers and special interest groups as listed below:
A) WORKS (KAAB839/WRKS/26-27/10000)

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all eligible bidders in Uganda.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Bidding documents for bidders in categories under special interest groups shall be issued free of charge at the address given below upon request by providers who qualify under the reservation.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by other interested bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee of 50,000/= for A, B, C and 100,000/= for D through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) operated and issued by the District Finance and Accounts section contact person 0774663492.

The terms and conditions for bidding are detailed in the respective bidding documents issued by PDU.

Tender application must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Tender for Prequalification of …………… and addressed to The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, P.O Box 16 Kotido.

Completed bids shall be hand delivered to Kaabong District Procurement and Disposal Unit at or before 20th AUGUST 2026 at 12:00PM. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Kaabong District Headquarters exactly at 2:00PM the same date and day.
