Bidder’s proposal shall be submitted online in compressed zipped folders (PDF Files) as per the tender instructions.
Bidder’s proposals shall comprise of technical and financial proposals together with all the required documents as per clause 7 in the Request for Proposal.

Bid documents shall be submitted online through the email UA-IRCUganda.Tenders@rescue.org on or before 28th July 2025 – 5:00pm East Africa Time.

Please note that the IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced tender or bid or any other tender or bid submitted. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
