Bank of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:
LOTS 1A, 10 – 29 [Reserved for National Providers]
A National Provider means a Ugandan Citizen or a Company/Provider registered in Uganda and wholly owned and controlled by Ugandans.
LOTS 2, 4 & 7 [Reserved for Special Interest Groups: Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)]
a) A biological Female Ugandan citizen aged 18 years and above (National ID must be submitted).
b) An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% women owned, controlled and operated on a regular basis. (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).
a) A Ugandan aged between 18-30 years (National ID must be submitted).
b) An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% Youth owned, controlled and of majority.
a) A Ugandan citizen with an impairment specified in Schedule 3 of Persons with Disabilities Act. (National ID and registration with Organizations such as National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD), National Union of Persons with Disabilities (NUDIP), etc.).
b) An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% owned, controlled and operated on a regular basis by one or more persons with disability who are Ugandan citizens (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).
LOTS 1B, 3, 5, 6, 8, & 9 are [Open to All Bidders] All bidders means registered companies doing business in Uganda and that can supply items listed in the tender.

A Pre-bid Meeting shall be held at Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Western Gardens on 5 February 2026, at 11:00am. There shall be registration of all businesses owned by Special Interest Groups on the same date.
The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of request to procurement@bou.or.ug OR Bidders may download the bidding document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.org.uk.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11.00am EAT on 20 February 2026 and must be delivered at the Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Shimoni Reception.
