This role is for a Boys' Warden at Nakaseke Christian Secondary School.

Responsibilities or duties

• Ensure the welfare, safety, and discipline of boys in the school dormitory.
• Supervise daily routines (wake-up, meals, study time, lights out).
• Counsel and mentor students, acting as a positive role model.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and security in the dormitory.
• Liaise with school administration, teachers, and parents regarding student well-being.
• Enforce school rules and Christian values within the boarding section.

Qualifications or requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Education, Social Work, Guidance & Counselling, or relevant field.
• Mature, firm, fair, and of high moral integrity.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience needed

Previous experience in a boarding school setting as a warden or senior teacher.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
