JOB DETAILS:

Info-Code Consults Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, market the company's IT and HR consultancy services, build and maintain client relationships, and conduct client meetings to identify business needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Info-Code Consults' solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the IT and HR consultancy market, and a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals. The Business Development Officer will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
