Role Overview

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts on-site in Kampala Kisementi. You will be part of a dynamic team reporting to the Sales Manager, where your contributions will directly influence our customer satisfaction and sales performance. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, communicative, and adaptable to our fast-paced environment.

Position Details

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Location: Kampala, Kisementi

- Reporting Structure: Reports to Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.

2. Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.

3. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

4. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.

5. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.

6. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Post-secondary Diploma in a related field
  • Required Experience: 2-3 years in a sales role
  • Mandatory Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Persuasion, Negotiation, Time Management
  • Required Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Gmail
  • Language Requirements: Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Skills: Critical Thinking, Active Learning, Coordination
  • Beneficial Experience: Knowledge in sales and marketing, customer service, and transportation
