JOB DETAILS:

He/she is responsible for ensuring timely and quality child to sponsor correspondences. Specific duties include:

Be a witness for Christ to children, and keep office and child development records.

Be responsible for child development programming and carrying out child home visits and follow-ups.

Be in charge of children and sponsor correspondences and monitoring and tracking of children attendance.

Ensure timely update of children information and documents.

Facilitate communication between sponsors and children, including translating letters and ensuring cultural sensitivity.

Organize sponsor visits and prepare children and families for these interactions.

Maintain a database of sponsors and children to track relationships and funding

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
