About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven *Clinic Coordinator/Team Lead* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, innovation, and building strong relationships — both within the team and in the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, hands-on leadership to the clinic team
- Bring innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to daily operations
- Drive business growth, including initiatives that engage and involve the local community
- Champion client engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Design, build, and introduce new systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Be willing to put in the extra hours when the job demands it
- Take on additional responsibilities as they arise
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people-management ability
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- A passion for community engagement and business development
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to work long hours when needed
- No prior experience required* — we're looking for the right attitude and ability
- An analytics-related degree is an added advantage (not mandatory)
