Role Overview
The Director of IT ensures reliable, secure, and innovative technology infrastructure that supports hotel operations, guest services, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, networks, cybersecurity, and data platforms
- Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and cyber risk mitigation
- Lead digital innovation, automation, and guest-facing technologies
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience in IT leadership, preferably within hospitality or service industries
Core Competencies
- IT governance and cybersecurity
- Systems integration and innovation
- Vendor and budget management
- Problem solving and risk management
