JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview

The Director of IT ensures reliable, secure, and innovative technology infrastructure that supports hotel operations, guest services, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, networks, cybersecurity, and data platforms
• Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and cyber risk mitigation
• Lead digital innovation, automation, and guest-facing technologies
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 6 years' experience in IT leadership, preferably within hospitality or service industries

Core Competencies

• IT governance and cybersecurity
• Systems integration and innovation
• Vendor and budget management
• Problem solving and risk management
