Purpose of the Job

The role is responsible for managing Distributors DSR teams, freelance team, and track district performance in terms of Revenue, joiners, KYC, agents, SSO, and control churn in order to effectively contribute to the growth of the company’s market share and the achievement of overall business objectives for the district.

Deliverables: Expected Key Results

Grow company SOGA, RMS and CMS within the district as shall be projected by the AOP numbers

Develop sales strategies to grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and (RMS Revenue Market Share.)

Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give the company an edge over completion.

Develop strategies to drive site wise performance on gross add

Agent portfolio management and regulatory compliance

  • Prospecting for new agents and sharing the same with our Mobile Money Retail Executives as guided by business needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with agent recruitment requirements.
  • Managing the agent portfolio through recruitment, replacement, relocation and removal.

Agent quality & performance management

  • Maintaining the requisite agent quality and performance parameters such as transactions volumes, liquidity levels, commission earnings etc.
  • Ensuring implementation of preventive and corrective measures to ensure adequate agent performance and quality. These may include advice, warnings, training, escalations, sanctions etc.

Agent supervision & monitoring

  • Making adequate physical visits to the agent portfolio to effectively supervise the agents.
  • Issuing/submitting regular agent supervision reports at prescribed intervals.

Agent training and support

Delivering adequate and effective agent training for all new agents and offering continuous agent training to both business owners and agent assistants/handlers.

Offering first-line agent support on all agent operational issues.

Aggregator support

  • Delivering adequate Aggregator support through continuous engagement on aggregator performance against KPIs, improvement actions, interpretation of KPIs etc.
  • Training Aggregator staff on all key developments from time to time.
  • Working with Aggregator staff to coordinate the agent support activities such as liquidity maintenance, regulatory compliance and business performance

requirements.

Marketing activities

  • Coordinating and facilitating BTL/Promoter marketing activities aimed at customer acquisition, growing customer activity ratios within our Mobile money ecosystem through customer education and training etc., within the District.
  • Taking part in all the company’s marketing activities that impact the overall business within the District.
  • Assist in resolving our Mobile Money related issues.
