Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Driver to support a client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for ensuring that management and other personnel are transported safely, efficiently, and promptly to their required destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle remains in optimal working condition through regular checks and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
• Comply fully with all traffic rules and regulations as mandated by state traffic and road authorities.
• Provide safe, comfortable, and professional transportation for passengers.
• Select routes that minimize travel time and cost while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Verify that all vehicle documents (e.g., registration, insurance, and other required certifications) are valid, up to date, and renewed promptly upon expiry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid government-approved driving license.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven driving experience.
• Certification in defensive driving.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
