EHS Specialist
The EHS Specialist provides technical expertise and support in the implementation of EHS programs and initiatives.
EHS Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of workplaces, equipment, and processes to identify safety and environmental risks.
Hazard Identification: Identify potential hazards and recommend control measures to mitigate risks.
Incident Investigation: Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
Training Delivery: Facilitate EHS training sessions for employees on topics such as fire safety, manual handling, chemical safety, and PPE usage.
Data Collection: Collect and analyze EHS data (incident reports, inspection findings) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
EHS Documentation: Maintain accurate EHS records, including inspection logs, training records, and incident reports.
Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in EHS legislation and advise management on compliance requirements.
Promote EHS Culture: Act as a champion for EHS, encouraging safe practices among all employees.
Support Emergency Response: Assist in the coordination of emergency response activities and drills.
