Job Summary

The Employee Relationship Supervisor is responsible for fostering positive employee relations by promoting a productive work environment, resolving workplace conflicts, managing disciplinary processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Investigate workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace harmony.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
  • Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
  • Prepare employee relations reports and documentation.
  • Participate in negotiations where applicable.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on workplace policies and ethics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in employee relations or industrial relations.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
