EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF VARIOUS LIFTING VEHICLES ON OUTRIGHT PURCHASE AND OPERATING LEASE FOR THE TILENGA CA-1 & LA-2 NORTH REFERENCE: IA031224

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners, invites interested and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the Supply of Various Lifting Vehicles on Outright Purchase and Operating Lease for the Tilenqa.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:

COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the Supply of Various Lifting Vehicles by Purchase and Operating Lease after First Oil.

The following requirements are to be demonstrated:

• COMPANY seeks to identify a company possessing or capable of supplying Various Lifting Vehicles on Outright Purchase and Operating Lease.
• The bidder shall comply with COMPANY's technical requirements to perform efficiently the operations.
• It must consider environmental constraints and quality standards.
• Potential bidders shall be encouraged to submit bids with licensed and efficient technologies, proposed to achieve COMPANY's requirement and objectives.

Interested parties (Ugandan companies only, in accordance with applicable National Content Regulations) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in supplying Lifting Vehicles for major industrial companies.
• Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
• Current registration to or application to be registered to; the National Supplier Database for the year 2026.
• Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel with substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.
• Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.
• Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.
• Possession of Valid applicable national licenses, including trading licenses.
• Proof of compliance with all applicable tax obligation.

Interested parties (Ugandan companies only, in accordance with applicable National Content Regulations) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in supplying Lifting Vehicles for major industrial companies.
• Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

Interested companies/parties that meet the above minimum requirements shall submit a request by email (attaching company profile) to: ep.fops.prequalification-ugep@totalenergies.com for a pre-qualification questionnaire on or before 28th August 2026, at 17:00Hours Kampala time and quoting "Pre-qualification Questionnaire request Ref No. IA031224 for Supply of Various Lifting Vehicles on Outright Purchase and Operating Lease for Tilenqa CA-1 & LA-2 North."

Interested parties to be pre-qualified for the Supply are encouraged to provide Name, Address, Contact and Email to facilitate the issuance of a prequalification questionnaire through COMPANY's official e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA.
