JOB DETAILS:

Landy Industries Ltd is seeking Five dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisors to oversee our shoe conveyor production line. As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shoe conveyor production line.

 Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules.

 Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections.

 Train and mentor production staff, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

 At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards.
