About the Role
A medical clinic in Masajja is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Nurse to join its healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care, support daily clinic operations, and ensure patients receive safe, professional, and patient-centered healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Assess patients and provide appropriate nursing care within professional guidelines.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Provide health education and counselling to patients and their families.
- Support patient monitoring, recovery, and follow-up care.
Clinic Support
- Assist healthcare providers during consultations and procedures.
- Maintain proper infection prevention and control practices.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and medical equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
- Support management of medical supplies and report shortages when necessary.
Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold healthcare ethics.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients.
- Work collaboratively with other clinic staff.
- Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- Previous experience working in a clinic, health centre, or hospital is an added advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
