JOB DETAILS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell FMCG products in assigned routes
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Collect and report market feedback
• Ensure product availability and visibility
• Execute daily route plans to maximize coverage and sales efficiency
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 1 year FMCG field sales or distribution experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good territory planning skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
