Role Summary
Assist the finance department in recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Post daily financial transactions into accounting software.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Support preparation of payment vouchers and invoices.
- Help compile monthly financial reports.
- File and organize finance documents for audit readiness.
- Participate in budget tracking and expense verification.
Qualifications
- Graduated in 2024 or later.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (double entry, ledgers).
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally – added advantage).
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
