JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview

The Financial Controller oversees the hotel's financial integrity, reporting, and compliance, providing strategic financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management accounts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations
• Advise management on financial performance, risk, and cost optimization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification preferred
• Minimum 6 years' experience in financial control or senior finance roles within hospitality

Core Competencies

• Financial analysis and reporting
• Compliance and risk management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Strategic financial advisory
