Role Overview
The Financial Controller oversees the hotel's financial integrity, reporting, and compliance, providing strategic financial guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations
- Advise management on financial performance, risk, and cost optimization
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification preferred
- Minimum 6 years' experience in financial control or senior finance roles within hospitality
Core Competencies
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Compliance and risk management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Strategic financial advisory
