About the Organization:

SCA Security is a leading Security Solutions provider in East Africa with over 55 years of service, focusing on innovation and social responsibility.

Job Purpose:

To support financial planning, business analysis, management reporting, and strategic projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monitor performance.
• Develop and evaluate business plans and investment cases.
• Provide business intelligence for decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct efficiency reviews, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation (fleet, manpower, assets).
• Review reconciliations, contracts, and financial reports.
• Manage monthly/annual accounting closures and present financial dashboards.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA).
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of tax laws; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
