JOB DETAILS:
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth, reliable, and cost-effective movement of coffee from our field sites to the Nyabirongo factory, and from the factory to Kampala. The Fleet Officer will oversee our internal vehicle fleet, coordinate third-party transport services, and ensure efficient fuel usage and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Auto Mechanics
-Experience in fleet & fuel management
-Strong people management, planning, and coordination skills
-Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) & Microsoft Office
-Valid driving permit (Class B/C)
-Integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
