Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• ⁠Candidate must be willing to relocate to Masaka or must be staying around Masaka.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
